North Korea also has gained a spot to be in the qualifying playoff.


Soccer TONG is a sports segment that proves how everything leads to soccer. In this episode, SBS Korean’s soccer reporter Jun Lee reports about Asian Club Competition Ranking announced.

Asian Club Competition Ranking is based on the performance of clubs in each nation in AFC Champions League, AFC Cup and its FIFA ranking.

There are changes to some teams that can gain direct entry to group stages.

In particular, North Korea has gained a spot to be in the qualifying playoff.

It means that we may be able to see a North Korean team in the Asian Champions League main group stage.
