There are changes in the rule by FIFA which are to be applied from U20 World Cup and all the upcoming FIFA tournaments.
New rules include giving hand ball foul to attacker regardless of his/her intention, taking shortest path to get off the pitch while being substituted, coin toss rule prior to the game and giving yellow and red cards to the coaches rather than a verbal warning.
