South Chungcheong Govenor Ahn Hee jung visited Australia as a guest of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, on a special visits program(SVP).

Governor Ahn Hee jung had a meeting with the Hon. Julie Bishop, MP Minister for Foreign Affairs at Parliament House and had a lunch discussions with Republic of Korea Parliamentary Group.

“I understand that the exchange between Australia and Korea is wide and deep through this visit” Ahn Hee jung said in the interview with SBS Korean.

“We feel it is necessary to expand exchanges and build a deeper partnership between South Koran and Australia”
