Sydney House price overvalued by 50%: Economist

According to the Economist’s new data, House prices in Sydney are overvalued by as much as 50%


According to the Economist’s recent annual global house-price index, Sydney is one of the world’s most “overvalued” cities. Sydney ranked seventh on the global cities index, with home prices currently “overvalued” by as much as 50%.

Homes in Berlin now cost 63.1 per cent more than they did 5 years ago while house prices in Sydney have grown 54.8 per cent.
