Officials from the South Korea and China began talks to discuss a joint response to North Korea's 4th nuclear test.
Yonhap News said that the Director General Yoon Soon-ku for international policy represented the South Korean defense ministry, with the Chinese side headed by foreign affairs office director Rear. Adm. Guan Youfei.
