While the early voting completed with a record-high rates, it is a blackout period which bans to announce poll results until the Election Day on Thursday May 9.

With only three days to go to polling day on May 9, the 19th presidential election is in its final stretch.

While five candidates are pulling all their resources together to muster support behind their campaign, the two-day early voting completed.

According to the National Election Commission more than 10 million people had cast their ballots nationwide and the overall turnout rate is a record-high since early voting was introduced in 2014.

As the Blackout period which bans to publish the results of opinion polls has started, it is not sure how the supporting rate is changing.

Korean political commentator JS Suh says While Moon Jae-ins supporting rate might be falling down a little bit Hong Joon-pyo might make a silver cross against Ahn Cheol-soo.
