The Korean Film Festival in Australia (KOFFIA) is back for its 7th year with more various and latest films from 10 August to the major capital cities around the nation.


The KOFFIA is the most celebrated annual festival in Australia to showcase the very best and latest Korean cinemas.

From Blockbusters guaranteed to put you on the edge of your seat, arthouse delights and heart-warming rom-coms theres something in the line-up for everyone.

Presented by the Korean Cultural Centre Australia, this years festival promises a new taste in film.

The theme of this year is Gujeolpan, a traditional dish incorporating the wrapping of several ingredients to make ONE wholesome flavour.

KOFFIA celebrates the coming together of diverse genres and types of Korean film and encourages all enthusiasts of film to feast their eyes to a new delicacy that is Korean film.

Featuring a complement of 20 features and 4 guest visit sessions, the festival will see over 80 screenings take place across Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and Adelaide.

With more than 25,000 people attending the festival to date, the festival expects to double all the figures in 2016.
