[The Age] Melbourne’s slumlords find new ways to profiteer

The Age reported the reality about the illegal and overcrowded apartment in Melbourne.

Fairfax Media reveals that some slumlords are selling their illegal rooming houses to other slumlords and finding a new profit stream. Fairfax Media introduced another reality from internal City of Melbourne report, which says some real estate managers are not enforcing their powers to inspect apartments every six months.
