Skytrax revealed the world’s cleanest airline in the world and most of airlines in top 30 were dominated by Asian airlines including Asiana and Korean air.


The news.com.au reported about UK-based airline review site, Skytrax’s World Airline Awards result.

Japan’s ANA All Nippon Airways was named as the cleanest airline in the world, followed by Taiwan’s EVA Air and South Korean Asiana Airlines. Singapore Airlines was in fourth place, Japan Airlines in fifth, and Hong Kong’s Cathay Pacific in sixth. Australia’s Qantas was placed in 22nd and Virgin Australia came 27th.

Skytrax analysed how passengers rated their cleanliness, and also took into account the cleanliness of seats, tables, carpets, cabin panels and bathrooms.
