Victorians will soon be able gather in groups of 20 while NSW will open beauty services and the Queensland premier has revealed a package to assist the return of community sport as coronavirus restrictions are eased across the country.


Victorian residents will soon be able to host up to 20 people at home, stay overnight away from their residence, and visit skate parks and playgrounds, but those who can are strongly encouraged to continue working from home for at least the next month to avoid a second wave of coronavirus. 

From 1 June, permitted outdoor and at-home gatherings will be extended to 20 people (including residents) up from the five previously allowed. People will also be able to stay overnight at a private residence and booked accommodation.
