YouTube star Boram buys five-storey building in Korea

A six-year old YouTube star Boram has made headlines after breaking into the property market.


Boram, a six-year-old YouTube star, has bought a five-storey building in Seoul worth 9.5 billion Korean won after amassing more than 30 million subscribers on a YouTube channel.

news.com.au reports that the property was reportedly bought via the Boram family company for $A11.5 million.

Boram has two YouTube accounts, one of the channels is a toy review channel and the other account is a video blog.

However, there was controversy over Boram’s videos.

Based on a CNN report, news.com.au says, in 2017, aid and development agency Save the Children received a number of complaints about some of Boram’s videos, including one that showed her “stealing” money from her dad’s wallet and one that seemingly showed her driving on the road.
