매트 킨 공정거래부 장관은 에너지 환경부로, 파라마타 지역구의 제프 리 의원은 기술 및 대학교육부 장관으로 입각했다.
한편 각료 직에서 스스로 사퇴한 레이 윌리엄스 의원이 이끌었던 다문화부는 스포츠, 노인, 보훈부와 통합된 거대 부처로 승격된 상태에서 존 시도티 의원이 임명됐다.
