The State Administrative Tribunal on Thursday heard evidence of Dr Anish Singh's treatments from the year 2009 to 2014.

During these years, he used to prescribe a range of drugs to patients, many of whom had no therapeutic need for them, Perth Now reports .

SAT found that Anish Singh has been careless, incompetent and in several cases guilty of causing tangible harm to the people who approached him to get steroids and human growth hormone as part of their beautification.

An experienced physician in Perth at Empire Clinic in Leederville, Anish Singh once advertised himself as “a world leader in specialist and diagnostic services in obesity and clinical medicine.”

According to reports, an expert witness and Head of medicine at the University of Adelaide, Professor Gary Wittert, said that 30 patients suffered harm following Dr Anish Singh’s treatments. Besides this, three people showed evidence of severe harm.

Although he denied the evidences, Dr Singh admitted that he prescribed at least 34 patients with anabolic steroids solely for body building purposes.

During evidence he responded that “no one had died on him” and that he failed to take notes for some patients as the public figures who wish to keep their anonimity didnot want him to do so. However, SAT completely denied it as an excuse.

Dr Singh’s penalty wil be decieded later this year.
