A Brisbane court has fined an Indian restaurant owner after he pleaded guilty to racially abusing a food inspector after she found cockroach infestation in the restaurant kitchen. Ravendra Prasad, who runs Indian Feast take away at Brisbane's St Lucia was fined more than $20,000.
