The 33-year-old succumbed to their injuries at the Royal Melbourne Hospital on Monday night after her family made the decision to turn off her life support.
Bhavita of Blackburn South was walking near her Bourke St office when the car mowed her down on January 20.
Her family is in heartbroken with grief.
“I have no idea what to say about what happened except that I miss her and love her so much and can’t believe that I won’t see her any more. My parents and I are broken. But we all appreciate the love we’re getting from people."Bhavita's brother Mitesh told The Herald Sun daily.
Bhavitha was a senior manager with Deloitte in Melbourne.
