Mahakavi Kumaranasan, one of the greatest poets in Malayalam literature passed away 90 years back on January 16th. As a philisopher and social reformer, Asan has made remarkable contributions to the Malayalam literature through his well known poems Veenapoovu, Chandaalabhikshuki, Karuna etc..
