Australia announces scale up grant for diabetes prevention program in Kerala

National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia has announced a scale up grant of $1.36m for Kerala Diabetes Prevention Program. The first stage of the program was also supported by NHMRC with a grant of $200,000. SBS Malayalam speaks to Professor Brian Oldenberg from University of Melbourne who leads the project and Dr. KR Thankappan, one of the main investigators of the program in India.
