Australian MP to write to Kerala chief minister offering support in rebuilding

Victorian Labor MP Anthony Byrne spoke in the Australian parliament about activities of the Malayalee community in Australia towards helping the South Indian state of Kerala, devastated by massive floods last month. Anthony Byrne who represents Holt seat in Victoria, speaks about writing to the Chief Minister of Kerala regarding working out ways in which Australia could offer support to Kerala. He will be also be part of a fund raising event organised as a collective initiative by different malayalee associations in Melbourne under the umbrella of Malayalees of Melbourne.
