Do we need a nationwide ban on mobile phone use for students?

Victorian state schools have taken the direction of banning mobile phone use of students. This will come into effect in 2020. Is a nationwide ban needed is the big debate now. SBS Malayalam speaks to some Malayalee parents and teachers around Australia.
