New changes to partner visa to prevent applications using sham marriages

New changes were passed in both houses of the parliament recently in relation to the application process for partner visas to Australia. The changes are aimed at preventing people using sham marriages to get partner visas. Prathap Lakshmanan, migration agent at TN Lawyers and Consultancy in Brisbane explains the changes.
