Eligible skilled workers who are already in Australia and were working in critical sectors during the pandemic will now have the opportunity to stay back with a pathway to Australian residency. The government has also announced that it will extend the visa period for many visa holders who were affected due to the pandemic. Melbourne-based migration agent Edward Francis explains.
