Omicron pushes health care workers to leave

Healthcare workers across different hospitals and aged care centres in Australia have now spent over two years in the frontline in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. The prolonged battle has left many in the workforce completely 'drained'. The Australian Medical Association and the Nurse’s Federation say many have already left or are planning to leave their jobs.
