ന്യൂ സൗത്ത് വെയിൽസിൽ 830 പുതിയ കൊവിഡ് ബാധ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തു.
സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് മൂന്ന് മരണവും സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. 60 നും 70 നും മേൽ പ്രായമായ രണ്ട് പുരുഷന്മാരും, 80നു മേൽ പ്രായമായ ഒരു സ്ത്രീയുമാണ് മരിച്ചത്.
ഇതോടെ ഡെൽറ്റ വേരിയന്റ് പൊട്ടിപ്പുറപ്പെട്ടതിന് ശേഷം സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് മരിച്ചവരുടെ എണ്ണം 71 ആയി.
550 പേരാണ് കൊവിഡ് ബാധിച്ച് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ആശുപത്രികളിൽ ചികിത്സയിൽ കഴിയുന്നത്. ഇതിൽ 94 പേർ തീവ്രപരിചരണ വിഭാഗത്തിലാണ്.

പേർ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ വാക്സിനേഷൻ സ്വീകരിച്ചതായി ആരോഗ്യ മന്ത്രി ബ്രാഡ് ഹസാഡ് പറഞ്ഞു.

വിക്ടോറിയ
വിക്ടോറിയയിൽ 65 പുതിയ വൈറസ്ബാധ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു. ഇതിൽ 55 ഉം നിലവിലെ രോഗബാധയുമായി ബന്ധമുള്ളതാണ്. 10 കേസുകളുടെ ഉറവിടം കണ്ടെത്താനുള്ള ശ്രമത്തിലാണ് അധികൃതർ.
പുതിയ രോഗബാധിതരിൽ 12 പേർ മാത്രമേ രോഗബാധയുള്ളപ്പോൾ ഐസൊലേഷനിൽ കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നുള്ളൂ.
പുതിയ 65 കേസുകളിൽ 21ഉം ഷേപ്പാർട്ടനിലെ രോഗബാധയുമായി ബന്ധമുള്ളതാണ്.
സംസ്ഥാനം പൂർണമായും ലോക്ക്ഡൗണിലാണ്. ലോക്ക്ഡൗണിനെതിരെ മെൽബണിൽ നടന്ന പ്രതിഷേധ റാലിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്ത 200 ലേറെ പേരെ പോലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. അക്രമാസക്തമായ റാലിയിൽ ആറ് പോലീസുകാർക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റു.
രോഗം ബാധിക്കാൻ സാധ്യതയുള്ള സ്ഥലങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടിക സർക്കാർ പുറത്തുവിട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.

കഴിഞ്ഞ 24 മണിക്കൂറിൽ ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിൽ
- ACTയിൽ 19 പുതിയ വൈറസ്ബാധ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു. ഇതിൽ ആറ് പേർ സമൂഹത്തിൽ സജീവമായിരുന്നു. ANU വിലെ ഒരു വിദ്യാർത്ഥിക്കും രോഗം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ ഈ വിദ്യാർത്ഥി ഐസൊലേഷനിലായിരുന്നു.
- ക്വീൻസ്ലാന്റിൽ പുതിയ കേസുകളില്ല. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് 39 സജീവമായ രോഗബാധയാണുള്ളത്.
