മമ്മൂട്ടിയും മോഹന്ലാലും ഉള്പ്പെടെയുള്ള ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യന് താരങ്ങളെയോ, അവിടത്തെ സാങ്കേതിക പ്രവര്ത്തകരെയോ ഈ ഫിലിം ഫെസ്റ്റിവലിലേക്ക് വിളിക്കാത്തത് എന്താണെന്നും ഖുശ്ബു ചോദിച്ചു. ഇന്ത്യന് സിനിമയുടെ അംബാസഡര്മാരാകാന് ഇവര്ക്കെല്ലാവര്ക്കും കഴിയും.

ഇതേക്കുറിച്ച് വിക്ടോറിയന് രാഷ്ട്രീയനേതൃത്വവുമായി ചര്ച്ച നടത്തിയതായും ഖുശ്ബു അറിയിച്ചു.
“I met a lot of parliamentarians, both Liberal and Labor parties, and we have been taking it forward,”
