Mixed dry fruits - half a kilogram

Orange and Lemon peel (Citrus peel) - 50 gm

Glazed cherry chopped - 60gm

Dates chopped -  125 gm

Eggs - 5

Sugar - One and a half cups

Boiled Water - One and a half cups

Butter - 250 gm

Plain Flour - 2 cups

Baking powder - half a tea spoon

Soda bi carbonate - 2 tea spoons

Mixed spice - 3 tea spoons

Brandy - 50ml

Yogurt - one and a half dessert spoon
