Federation Square is transformed into a magical Christmas wonderland offering festive fun for the whole family. Father Christmas is underneath the new supersized 16 metre tall Christmas tree. You can take a free photo with him.

Every night from 9pm be amazed at the absolutely incredible light show. There is also a six metre high white bauble glittering during the day and twinkling at night. Visitors will be able to walk into the bauble. You can take a selfie and celebrate the joy of Christmas in Federation Square.

Myer Christmas Windows in Bourke Street, this year don’t contain the same magical detail and special touches as in previous years, but the animatronic displays are still delightful. This year is the 62 year, since Myer in Melbourne started decorating its windows in Bourke Street, for Christmas, depicting stories and fairy tales from children’s books. In recent years Myer’s Christmas windows which has become a Christmas tradition attract an estimated 1.2 million visitors.

The windows located in the Bourke Street Mall, can be enjoyed between 7.30am and 1am.
