Aged care system is overlooking the social and emotional needs of the elderly

A new report says the aged care system is overlooking the social and emotional needs of the elderly. Aged care workers say they’re now forced to only devote an allocated time to each client, and feel able to only deliver the bare minimum before they’re pushed on to the next job.
