Dr Jessica Borg | PhD graduate in RMIT’s School of Property and Construction Management

Dr Jessica Borg set about researching and developing ways to improve the work-readiness of construction industry graduates, of which she now has a PhD in! Her research has already led to improved mentoring and support for people new to the industry. It also calls for better communication between employers, educators and learners.
