Fully vaccinated for people in Australia now means three doses

Australia's national immunisation authority says COVID-19 booster shots will now be included in the definition of "fully vaccinated" for over-16s. Although only intended so far for domestic use, some state premiers have already indicated they may expand it to include overseas travellers.
