Julie Bishop witness to "appalling" MP behaviour

One of the government’s most prominent faces has condemned bullying within her party. Former foreign minister Julie Bishop says the behavior she has witnessed in Canberra wouldn’t be accepted anywhere else. But some within the Liberal party say they haven't seen evidence of any issues.
