Therefore she created Maltese Foods, to be able to offer Brisbane residents authentic foods sourced directly from Malta, including a range of popular pastizzi, ravioli, galetti (biscuits), qubbajt (nougat), zalzett (sausages) and an interesting range of imported Maltese beverages.
