Children with disabilities left out of schools

The academic year is in full swing, but some students with a disability, are struggling to be included.


It's estimated more than one in 10 children with disabilities are not being accommodated by mainstream schools.

Schools have an obligation to accept these children but they choose not to admit them.

This exclusion raises doubts as to whether parents have a choice in how their children are being educated.
