In this week’s health and wellbeing advice Jeffery Morgan recommends eating real food in order to stay fit and healthy. He advises to avoid processed foods as much as possible.

The conversations centres on how to slow, prevent or even reverse the incidence of type 2 diabetes.

Jeffrey Morgan recommends as a first step to improve one’s condition to start by eating real foods; unprocessed foods.

It is important to enjoy life and there are times when, for instance in a social setting, you catch up with people around a pizza and or enjoy a glass of wine together.

Jeffrey  Morgan says that it is unrealistic to expect one to eliminate this kind of situation in their lives altogether. But, he recommends to balance this out with an overall healthy diet made of real, natural foods.

“The more we can eat food that’s in its natural condition the less likely we are to ingest poisonous substances.”

“It is actually possible to improve even reverse type 2 diabetes, heart disease or even cancers. We can build strong and healthy bodies through healthy diets.”

One can even come off certain types of medication just by eating healthy nutritious foods.
