Hundreds of people gathered outside the Northern Territory parliament this week outraged at reforms to the child safety system they say could usher in a new Stolen Generation.
Reforms to the Northern Territory child protection system have sparked alarm with experts saying the new laws weaken the Aboriginal Child Placement Principle, which is intended to keep kids connected to family, country and culture.
The NT Government argues the reforms are necessary to put safety first
