In a conversation with NITV Radio, Nicole Smede, Red Room Poetry's First Nations Producer revealed a very strong Indigenous participation in this year’s Poetry Month. The event showcases well established and decorated Indigenous and non-Indigenous creatives as well as emerging artists from across the country.
Nicole Smede - Red Room Poetry's First Nations Producer will host the NT and Wollongong showcase. She will also take part in the Online Editors Panel and lead the First Nations choir Mudjingaal Yangamba featuring at the Poetry Month Gala.
