NITV Radio spoke to Michael Watkins, Lecturer of Aboriginal Allied Health at the Department of Rural Health at Adelaide University about the research.

Michael Watkins’ research involved establishing and growing Aboriginal -led traditional bush foods in urban gardens in rural town in South Australia. Talking to NITV Radio Michael shared more about the cultural connection and how these gardens were a great tool especially for young people to connect to Culture, share knowledge and stories.
