Rebuilding has begun across much of Australia burnt in this summer's bushfires. But as the last of the blazes are extinguished many of those affected are beginning to feel the mental trauma that comes with the daunting task ahead. Mental health agency Lifeline has seen its sharpest rise in calls in its 57-year history.
