There are many studies done on bush medicine and the positive benefits for one’s health and well-being and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have been using bush medicine for healing for thousands of years.


Incorporating bush foods in our diet can be good for our health and there are thousands of plants species which are used for traditional medicinal purposes including; Lemon Myrtle, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree and Kakadu Plum.
