She is Norways most famous actor, but has had relatively few roles in Norwegian films.


Liv Ullmann now has her own trophy room at Trondheim Cinema, and here one can see both awards and pictures from her varied career.



In this segment we will hear how she experiences such recognition, and how she remembers films like The Wayward Girl (Ung flukt), An-Magritt and The Emigrants (Utvandrarna). Liv Ullmann is also a director, with the Norwegian film Kristin Lavransdatter and the theatre play A Streetcar Named Desire on her list of works. The latter was shown in Sydney with Cate Blanchett in the leading role in 2009.
