Two major parties support continuation of Globalskolen

In their propositions to alternative budgets for 2017, the two supporting parties in the coalition; Venstre and KrF, wants to continue funding Norwegian pupils abroad to receive complimentary teaching in Norwegian language and culture.

Magnus Thue in the Department of Knowledge says they acknowledge the value in Globalskolen. However, they have chosen to prioritize other policies, such as preventing bullying, in next years budget.
