Talks aimed at kickstarting negotiations for a final peace settlement in Afghanistan have taken place in Pakistan capital Islamabad, emphasising the need for a dialogue between the Afghan government and the Taliban. The meeting which also included the governments of the US and China - sought to revive the process that collapsed last summer after Afghanistan announced that Mullah Mohammad Omar, founder and leader of the Taliban, had died in a Pakistani hospital more than two years ago. Afghans have different opinion on the peace process and some believe that the security situation might get worse as it happened in the past.To know more about where these talk are leading us to? We have interviewed political analyst Eng Matiullah Kharotai. Please listen to his full interview here.
