Afghan president Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has approved the plan which will monitor all mining-related contracts in Afghanistan.
Afghanistans mining ministry says that by implementing the approved plan, they will be able to bring some constructive changes in the mining sector. Although Afghanistan has no estimation of the mining wealth and resources, a US geology experts estimate that Afghanistan has more than three trillion mining resources.
