The International Refugee Day was celebrated on the 20 June around the world while more than 68 million people are forced to leave their homes in the world.


Pakistan is hosting a significant number of Afghan refugees from past three decades, but their life has taken a new turn when the two countries escalate the political war against each other.

The political crisis has affected many civilians on both sides and particularly the refugees living in Pakistan.

The head of Afghan school principals union in Peshawar says that Afghan refugee students are not receiving standard education and they lack resources on many levels.

Speaking to SBS Mr. Amnullah Nusrat said that the political crisis between Afghanistan and Pakistan had affected the education of many refugee students in Pakistan.
