Afghan woman stands for Blacktown council election

For over a century afghans have been coming to Australia, they take an active part in the development of the country. For the first time an Afghan woman Yalda stands for Blacktowns council elections, she says that she wants to serve the Afghan community and also highlight their active presence in Australian society.We have interviewed Yalda and you can listen to the full interview here.
