Afghanistan mines fund Taliban and Warlords

A Lapis mine in Badakhshan has become a source of funds for the Taliban and other armed groups. Global witness reports suggest that the armed groups are earning up to 20 million dollars a year and this may fall into hands of IS as well. Shirzay Andar has more about this report
