Afghans have the right to talk about their waters

Former Afghan president Hamid Karzai says if Afghans talk about their water and how to better use the water and the neighboring countries shouldnt be upset.He was addressing a gathering in Kabul where he said Afghan have to right to talk about better use of their water and find ways to store them.You can listen to the full report here
