A new report has found young Australians are confused about consent and control in relationships. The National Community Attitudes towards Violence Against Women Survey found a disturbing number of young people blame women for being sexually assaulted and having their nude images shared without consent. The latest survey conducted by the National Research Organisation for Women's Safety found almost a third of men aged 16-to-24 believe many women, who say they’ve been raped, had instead led the man on and then had regrets. In the case of nude photos being shared without consent, more than a quarter of respondents blamed the women for sending the image, instead of her partner for sharing it.
