Afghanistan’s High Peace Council has called on Taliban to use the opportunities and start the negotiations with the Afghan Government.

The Council says if Taliban accept the Afghan government’s recommendations and come to bilateral talks the international terrorist organizations and other groups routs will be cut and Afghanistan will have a stable peace.

The council also said that the peace process would mean to the international troops withdraw from Afghanistan.

This call comes after the 2nd Afghan lead Peace summit where president Ashraf Ghani has called on Taliban that the government will talk to them without any condition in place.
