If you are suffering from depression, seek help and treatment.


Some Pashtuns from Afghanistan and Pakistan have often seen violence and obstacles in their lives, the ongoing war in their areas and the effects of wars have left its negative impact on their mental health. Depression or anxiety is a sensitive topic in many communities, but doctor suggests that it might lead to the death of the person with more serious depression. Sydney based doctor Rahman Shinwary suggest that depression is curable and people with the depression need to seek help and talk about it with their GPs.
