Throughout the history, Jirga has been a significant way of providing justice in Pashtun communities.


Pashtun Jirga has changed its form throughout the recent years, and some believe that nowadays the Jerga leaders are not independent and corruption has affected this traditional practice. Some still believe that Jirga can have a significant impact on the betterness of the society while others say this is not doable in today's time.
